[Minneapolis, MN, June 21, 2026] – The Hilltop Companies today announces the appointment of Gage Walker as Managing Director. Mr. Walker will be leading the Midwestern division of the Financial Services, Mortgage Lending, and Secondary Markets practice.
A well-regarded professional in the financial services industry, most recently Mr. Walker led the customer complaint analysis of a large national financial institution involved in the OCC Consent Order Foreclosure review. He also directed the technology development efforts in the areas of Reg AB, Financial Modeling, and implementation of required FASB changes including FAS 80, FAS 133 and FAS 140.
Previously, Mr. Walker served as Controller of Capital Markets with GMAC-RFC, Director of Capital Markets with Residential Services Corporation of America, and CFO of the Electronic Banking Division of Boatmen’s Bancshares.
Gage Walker has also owned Wooddale Mortgage, a mortgage origination business, for the last eight years.
