Hilltop adds Susanna Kondracki to team!!

I’m pleased to announce that Susanna Kondracki, a seasoned financial service professional, has joined our team at Hilltop Advisors.  Her experience in commercial lending, mortgage lending & securitizations, and risk management complements our existing focus and adds depth of bench for our banking clients where she’ll be spending the majority of her time.  Susanna joins us having spent almost 10 years at Capital One in both 1st and 2nd line executive Operational Risk, Compliance Risk and Credit Risk roles for the Commercial Bank and the mortgage division. Prior to Capital One, she led the consulting team for RiskSpan, drove new products and structures in the Capital Markets team at Radian, and led structured transactions for West Coast Lenders while at Freddie Mac.
